The college has prioritized a holistic approach to education, particularly focusing on skill development to increase employability. The curriculum for various undergraduate Programmes has been restructured to incorporate Life Skill Courses (LSC) and Skill Development Courses (SDC) & Multi-Disciplinary Courses in the semesters, along with Skill Enhancement Courses (SEC), offering practical experience to improve skills. Additionally, the curriculum includes a two-month Community Service Project (CSP), two months of Industrial Internship/Apprenticeship, and six months of On-the-Job Training (OJT) to facilitate experiential learning. Students' skill enhancement is further bolstered through teaching methods such as student study projects, seminars, quizzes, role plays, problem-solving activities, surveys, and case studies. Moreover, the Career Counselling Cell and Andhra Pradesh State Skill Development Corporation provide a range of short-term courses on soft skills, communication skills, and employable skills in areas like analytics, computing, and training for all undergraduate and postgraduate Programmes.
