CSSR & SRRM Degree & PG College (Autonomous), Kamalapuram has established a Student Grievance Redressal Cell to address and resolve students’ grievances in a fair, transparent, and timely manner. The cell provides a supportive platform for students to raise all types of grievances related to academic matters, examination cell issues, administration, infrastructure, teaching–learning processes, and other college-related concerns.

To ensure easy access and convenience, the college has adopted both offline and online grievance redressal mechanisms:

Offline Mechanism:

Students can submit written complaints to the Student Grievance Redressal Cell.

Suggestion/complaint boxes are placed at prominent locations in the campus.

Students may also approach the cell members directly during working hours.

Online Mechanism:

Students can submit grievances through the college website or designated online forms.

Email-based grievance submission is also facilitated for prompt communication and tracking.
